Waterloo, Iowa–A new United States Hockey League season will begin during the first weekend in October, the USHL announced Thursday, with the release of its 2010-2011 schedule.
The Waterloo Black Hawks will begin the 60-game effort at home in Young Arena against their archrivals from Cedar Rapids, the RoughRiders. The matchup will mark the second consecutive year, and the third time during Head Coach P.K. O’Handley’s tenure, that Waterloo has opened the home portion of their schedule against Cedar Rapids.
